Love the show and I am a local Atlantan who graduated from GSU and attended GSU back in the day. I was highly influenced by the music I heard on WRAS. Artists I first heard on 88.5 include the great Henry Gross who was big in Atlanta. Also heard Michael Fennelly who was the lead guitarist for Crabby Appleton.
ReplyDeleteFriend of mine and I took a lap at Road Atlanta at the end of the WRAS Road Rally one year.
Glad to be listening to WRAS again. I remember when the phone number was 404-658-4488!
